國立傳統藝術中心位於宜蘭縣五結鄉冬山河畔，佔地24公頃，主要任務是統籌、規劃、推動傳統藝術的調查、保存、傳習及推廣工作使傳統藝術能獲得新生、發展與創新。空間規劃上包含入口處及停車場區、行政中心區、住宿區、演藝廳區、工藝坊區、產業景觀區等。園區建築景觀以傳統的意像為起點，結合現代的功能與視覺美感，模擬早期庶民生活場景的同時，亦兼顧現代民眾接近傳統藝術的方便性。

　　園區展示系統分為動態展示和靜態展示，動態展示以市街聚落區以及水岸的露天舞台、田園景觀區等之技藝展演活動為主，靜態展示則以「展示館」的傳統工藝美術與「戲劇館文物陳列室」的音樂戲曲相關文物之展示為核心。希望展現傳統藝術之美，豐富國民的生活內涵。

This new 24-hectare facility is located beside beautiful Dongshan River in Yilan. In addition to organized displays and performances of culture and art, it also provides a stage where performing artists can show off their creative works. The emphasis here is on the continuous propagation, innovation, and renewal of traditional arts. You can stroll casually among artistic creations, listen to elegant music, and enjoy exciting opera performances--and you can even participate in the process of artistic creation yourself. From the Center, you can take a boat and visit the Dongshan River Water Park.

至羅東站（03-9542117）下車，再搭乘計程車，約十五分鐘可達；或於羅東火車站搭乘國光客運（03-9542054），至大眾廟下車，步行約十分鐘。

至羅東火車站搭乘國光客運（03-9542054），羅東 - (經清水) – 南方澳，至大眾廟下車，步行約十分鐘。

●By Train:

Take the train to Luodong Train Station (03-9542117). Exit from the near exit. And take the Kuo Kuang Bus (03-9542703) to the park. (about fifteen minutes)

Take the train to Luodong Train Station. Take a taxi to the park. (Approx. a 10 minutes ride. Taxi fare should be about 200NTD)

●By Bus:

To Luodong Train Station in front of YiSing Bus Station, a scheduled bus run to Nanfangao or Yuminsing village that across Chingshui and Dongshan River. This is cheaper way.

The latest way: Please across to Chingshui line by bus and tell driver get off in National Center for Traditional Art. Driver also can stop in Jialiyuan Bridge and then walk five minutes that can go to center directly.

Romance walking way: By Dongshan train number that gets off in Dongshan River and walking after Lizejian Bridge. You can ask local people how to walk into embankment of south Dongshan River. That road is so graceful and walks along to Bin Hai Highway. Finally, you can see our garden entrance. (about 30-40 minutes)

●從台北方向前來詳細地圖

由國道五號高速公路，於羅東(五結)交流道下左轉196線道(五結路)，經五結市區直走至北部濱海公路（台2省道），右轉接加禮遠橋後即可抵達。

由台二線濱海公路158公里處，經噶瑪蘭橋－加禮遠橋後，行駛約100公尺處即可直接進入園區。

由北宜公路，羅東市區向東走台七丙道路，經過冬山河親水公園與利澤簡橋後左轉接北部濱海公路（台2省道），約十五分鐘車程即可抵達。

●從花蓮方向前來詳細地圖

由國道五號高速公路，於羅東(五結)交流道下右轉196線道(五結路)，經五結市區直走至北部濱海公路（台2省道），右轉接加禮遠橋後即可抵達。

蘇花公路右轉入台9省道，左轉往台北方向接 (台2省道)濱海公路158公里處，即可直接進入園區。

●By Car:

Bin Hai Highway(No.2 Provincial Highway) -> Kavalan Bridge -> Jialiyuan Bridge(158km about 100m) -> National Center for Traditional Art.

Luodong City -> to east into No.7-bin Provincial Highway -> Water Park and Lizejian Bridge -> take a left turn into North bin Hai Highway(No.2 Provincial Highway) -> National Center for Traditional Art. (about fifteen minutes)
