奮起湖 老街

　　遊客走在老街中，彷彿進入時光隧道。尤其，老街聯外道路，全是石階步道。一層接著一層，上上下下，面積不大，像極了北台灣九份的縮小版。更因為地理環境和歷史背景有點類似九份，因此也有人稱它是阿里山的九份，或是阿里山的悲情城市。文字來源:welcome to Taiwan

  大眾運輸 / Public Conveyance：

●1.由嘉義火車站斜對面縣營公車站直達奮起湖6:30;12:00及17:00每日三班次
●2.由嘉義火車站斜對面縣營公車站搭乘往達邦或阿里山路線公車，在石桌下車後連絡飯店專車接送(請事先預約，假日酌收每人50元)

●By Train:
From Chiayi or Beimen Railway Station in Chiayi, take the Alishan Forest Railway to Alishan and get off at Fenqihu.

●By Bus:
1. Take Kuo-kuang Bus in Taipei West Station From Taipei to Alishan.
2. From the front of the Chiayi Railway Station, take the county bus to Alishan.

Taxi fares within Chiayi City are between NT$100 and NT$120 (negotiation is advisable).

●1.西螺交流道→莿桐→斗六→梅山→太平→瑞里→太和→奮起湖
●2.斗南交流道→永光(順劍湖山方向)→梅山→太平→瑞里→太和→奮起湖
●3.嘉義交流道→吳鳳北路→阿里山公路→石桌→奮起湖
●4.台中→南投→信義→新中橫→阿里山→阿里山公路(石桌)→奮起湖
●5.南二高→中埔交流道→阿里山公路→石棹→奮起湖

●1. Freeway 3 (Second Southern Freeway) -> Exit at the Jhongpu Interchange -> East on Provincial Highway 18 -> Alishan -> County Highway 159 -> Fenqihu.
●2. Freeway 1 -> Exit at the Chiayi Interchange -> County Highway 159 -> Provincial Highway 18 -> Alishan -> County Highway 159 -> Fenqihu.
